How To Email The Post?

(1) To: appformers@gmail.com
(2) Subject: put the "tittle" of the post and  your host-server "Username" (this is important)

(3) Description: Again the Post Tittle and our Host-server "Username"

(4) Inset File: rename the .doc file and upload your post

(5) Recheck if everything is OK and then click "Send"
